📦 Tartreats Return Policy

We get it — sometimes things just don’t hit like you hoped. That’s okay.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery as long as the item is:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Still in its original condition + packaging

Basically, try it on, vibe check it in the mirror — just don’t live in it and then send it back.

🔁 How Returns Work

• Email us at info@tartreats.com with your order number + the item you’d like to return.
• We’ll send you the return instructions.
• Once we receive and inspect the item, you’ll get:
• A refund to your original payment method
• OR store credit — your choice (store credit processes faster).

Return shipping is on you, unless we messed something up (wrong item, misprint, etc. — our bad!).

🚫 Things We Can’t Take Back

• Worn, washed, or damaged items (we’ll be able to tell — promise).
• Final sale items (these are marked clearly when you buy them).
• Any custom or limited edition/preorder pieces (because we printed that just for you).

🌍 International Orders

We happily ship worldwide — but please note that for international returns or exchanges,
customers are responsible for all shipping costs, both ways.
So double-check your size, style, and shipping address before checking out!

🧾 Processing Time

• Once we get your return, we’ll process it within 3–5 business days.
• Refunds can take a few extra days to show up depending on your bank.
